George Bechtold

Lancaster County native, entered Real Estate in 1968, opened Colonial Realty in 1972 and has been the Owner/President since that time. Was the area Broker for HUD from 1973 to 1982 and covered Lancaster, Dauphin and Berks Counties. Active in all phases of Real Estate, to include: Residential, Investment, Commercial and Industrial. Holds the General Appraisal Certification with the Commonwealth of Pa. Does appraisal work for various Lenders, Attorneys and other institutions and clients. Member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors Appraisal Section (a Founding member).
