George entered the Commercial/Residential Real Estate arena in 2005 through Asset Acquisitions. His career in New York as a successful business owner began over 17 years ago. This led him to his true passion; Property Management, Investments, and Sales of Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Residential Real Estate. He has been involved in all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Real Estate including; Sales and Acquisitions, Land Development, Lease Negotiations, NNN Tenants, Multifamily Buildings, Property Management Services, and Business Development. As a Long-Time Landlord, Property Manager, and Multi-State Licensed Realtor, he understands the requirements of an Investor when searching for an Income-Producing Asset.
