I met George during the worst time of my life. He was very professional and understanding. When I told him it was not a good time to discuss selling he understood and told me he would check back in a month. He always kept his word. He handled everything during the selling and buying process. When we got Covid and had to quarantine he handled rescheduling every showing. He sold my house in 3 days for 35k above asking price. He helped me to find a home in my area that was no longer on the market and handled any issues that arose. Even when I was frustrated with the buying process he was calm and would listen to me and let me vent. He found me a great mortgage broker and saved me thousands of dollars and gave me referrals for any repairs needed. I am extremely happy and looking forward to starting a new chapter thanks to George.

The first weekend we listed I received 7 solid offers and closed after 35 days. His strategy got me 26K above asking. He did all the work and made the process easy and stress free.

I had listed with Jim Shaffer & Associates last July 2021 and my beautiful Ferndale home stood on the market for 6 full months with zero offers…until it finally expired. Everything from referring me to a contractor for FHA repairs to scheduling yardwork, letting lead paint inspector into home, saving the sale that seemed destined to fall through, checking thermostat as temperatures went near freezing, finding house cleaners and ensuring trash was hauled away.
