About George

George is a third-generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 1991. He received his Auctioneers license in 1992 and his Real Estate license in 1996. He is a lifetime member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and has served on the OAA Board of Directors. George is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Stark County Association of Realtors. A graduate of the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, Missouri, he is also licensed in the states of PA and WV. George has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He is a member of the OSU Life Alumni and the Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni.

George’s areas of auction specialty include land, farms, homes, and antiques. He has experience in developing a marketing strategy, as well as land layouts, to increase seller’s net returns. George and his wife, Becky, have eight wonderful children and reside on a small farm in Nimishillen Township. They are members of St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville.
