George Klimes

I was born and raised in Washington, DC in the center of the city and have witnessed dramatic changes in and around DC over the decades.

I have an associate broker license in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and I capably serve clients in all three locations. Further, I have always placed an emphasis on education. This is reflected in, among other things, my attaining the coveted GRI certification. Less than 10% of all real estate agents hold this prestigious certification. Getting it required 180 hours of classroom time plus countless hours of intense study.

My primary goal is the satisfaction of my clients, and I strive to provide the best possible experiences for them. My clients include sellers, first-time buyers, repeat buyers, investors, institutions, and renters.

In addition, I teach at first-time buyer classes - some of which are mandated by the organizations which fund the programs.

Finally, I am in constant contact with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and attorneys. I love to "pick their brains" so that I am always up-to-date with regards to programs, rule changes, laws, costs, and the like.

This broad breath of experience - coupled with decades living in the area and my knowledge of the markets and processes- are used fully to ensure the best outcomes possible.
