George came through for us again! This is our second time using George as our agent. With all his preparation and skills, our previous home was only on the market for 5 days and received multiple offers over asking price.

Previously, George helped us buy our current home. This time he was our listing agent for our previous home and current rental unit. From start to finish, he strategized on how to get us top dollar and to do it quickly, so that we were not carrying that mortgage without rental income for longer than necessary. Once the tenants decided that they did not want to purchase the home, we contacted George and he was on it right away.

George researched comps in order to recommend a preliminary listing price. He then came by the property while the tenants were packing (with their knowledge and approval) to assess repair and painting needs. This allowed him to pull from his roster of contractors including handy-men, painters, and maids ahead of the move out date so he could get on their schedule without delay. Doing so allowed us to have the painters begin immediately after the tenants' last day. His proactive scheduling resulted in us being able to get repairs, painting and cleaning done so that we could list in less than two weeks from the tenant move-out date.

We relied heavily on George’s list of experienced contractors that he’s used many times and therefore trusts. George also has an amazing eye for interior design which made the staging of our place look magazine worthy. He staged the unit himself and the photographer he used took fantastic pictures to advertise our property. We were very pleased with the resulting listings.

George was very focused on presenting our place at its most beautiful in order to get our best offers right away. He listed the property on a Thursday, hosted an Open House on that Saturday, private showings were held Sunday and Monday and by Tuesday evening we had 2 competing offers both $10K over asking and set a new high comparable purchase price for that neighborhood. We closed 30 days later!

We’re thrilled our old home sold so quickly and over the asking price. We definitely recommend George for anyone needing an experienced agent who will leverage his network to quickly get your place looking its best so you can get the strongest offers possible as soon as you’re ready to list.
