I met George in late 2022 when I was considering selling my condo prior to getting PCS orders outside the area. He was always polite and personable even when I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell my unit. I reached back out in 2023 when I received my PCS orders and the process after was as smooth as it was before. Although a "short sale" wasn't something he has recently done, George and Danna was more than motivated to excuse the task. I did made sure to provide them with any informaion needed on the VA side in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transaction,

It was a pleasure working with George and his assistant Danna. Their effective communication and consistency in a volatile market was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!! Thank you both again.

I chose George by reputation and previous experience . I read the reviews and everyone has said most of the reasons they were happy with George and Danna. I have additional items. One of which is that reltors have a group of other realtors they work with. Some of which are new to the business and others have long associations.George has this long associate list of performers he works with.Secondly ,Danna ,his assistant, is a proactive person and was extremely helpful throughout the entire sales process and very much on top of her game.
Historically, George was recomended to us when my wife sold another property she had owned for many years . He was an amazing communicator and that property was sold very quickly also. I have no reservations about recomending George Lorimer .

I was dreading the hassle of selling my Mission Valley condo -- but George and his assistant Danna made the home selling process easier and more successful than I dared to dream possible. George's experience and confidence made me confident, and indeed the whole process did ultimately go off without a hitch and according to the plan that George had outlined. George and Danna took care of pretty much everything short of signing the paperwork for me (which they also made easy via electronic signatures through DocuSign). They were both friendly, professional, informed, competent, prompt, organized, communicative, supportive, and reassuring throughout. Maybe most importantly, George's selling strategy got me an offer that was higher than I dared to dream -- a full 17% / $52k above the listing price, even though I'd have been satisfied even to have sold it for just the listing price. That's a lot of extra money in my pocket! The offer was so much higher than I expected that I kept saying it seemed "too good to be true" -- but the money is now in my bank account, so it was for real after all! George more than earned his commission (which wasn't very high, anyway). Overall, I could not have been happier with my decision to sell my home with George. I am sincerely grateful to him and Danna. I recommend George unreservedly to anyone looking to sell their home in San Diego.

Within 3 days of listing my rental property with George we had a bidding war!! George was very helpful in leading me through that and selecting the right buyer. We closed escrow within 21 days for $35,000 more than the listing price. George and his team were on site for inspections, etc. when we couldn't be there.
