After the pictures of our home were posted, George had a contract on it the next day. When we were originally looking for a home in Minnesota, George walked us through the buying stage and was able to get us a great deal. George’s insight and understanding of what my needs were before I really knew myself.
He wasn’t just in a hurry to start signing until we covered all of the pros’ & cons, he also gave advice on what was really nessecary and what wasn’t!
Inside of 48 hours I was able to attend to and complete painting 🖼 stage each room with just enough and even as such- leave one closet incomplete where muffing and tapping had not been completed. “Just be real” I think he said.
He did everything he said he was going to do; I respect a man of such integrity.

House shopping is life changing and can be overwhelming. Having a good realtor who communicates and works hard for you to get what YOU want is critical. Having a realtor who is big on building relationships and getting to know you as a person is priceless. We went with George Moore because we saw him online and didn’t know anyone else when we moved to the area. 7 years later we now have a friend and keep regular contact with each other because of the relationship we established. I recently worked with George Moore and team on a new construction project. George's communication was top notch and his attention to detail is great. Not only does he design a beautiful home, but he has the unique ability to help both the builder, and the buyers stay educated throughout the process. Also, there was a slight delay due to weather and George was very generous in helping everyone involved work through the process. Truly a pleasure working with him!
