With respect to the sale of our old home, we received multiple offers immediately and our house was sold well above listing price within two day after it went on the market. Georgia Merkel was an excellent real estate agent. She was very responsive to our needs for a house and what type of house we were looking for. She listened to the type of house we were interested in and found the ones that met our criteria. This enabled us to find our house in a very short time and we did not waste any time looking at houses we were not interested in. I would use Georgia again if we move and I would highly recommend her.
