My name is Georgia Meyer and I'm a proud Southerner, a University of
Georgia graduate, and a lifelong college football fan-especially when it
comes to the Georgia Bulldogs. I talk a little slower than most, believe in
good conversation, and truly enjoy getting to know the people I work with.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, I spent nearly 30 years
working in insurance claims, specializing in injury claims. That experience
gave me strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
confidently advocate for my clients-skills that now directly benefit my real
estate buyers and sellers.
My husband, Dennis, and I moved to The Villages, Florida, 11 years ago—
what I like to call another version of the Promised Land. Living here has
given me extensive, firsthand knowledge of The Villages market,
neighborhoods, and lifestyle, which I love sharing with my clients.
Real estate is something I've always wanted to do, and when the time was
right, I jumped in with both feet. I truly enjoy meeting people, building
relationships, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals—whether
that's finding the perfect home or successfully selling one.
My approach to real estate is rooted in trust, communication, and advocacy.
I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important
decisions people make, and I take that responsibility seriously. I pride myself
on being responsive, honest, and thorough, guiding my clients through every
step of the process with clarity and care.
Whether you're relocating to The Villages, downsizing, upsizing, or making a
move into a new chapter, my goal is to make the experience as smooth and
successful as possible. I'm committed to protecting my clients' interests,
negotiating effectively on their behalf, and ensuring they feel confident and
informed from start to finish.
