As soon as I got to Huntsville I contacted Jerry. I needed to get into a house ASAP since I was moving my family from Colorado, and everyone was arriving in 3 weeks. Jerry understood my urgency and we started seeing houses the next day. I believe we saw 13 houses in 3 days. We got under contract quick, even with multiple offers, and we were able to close quickly. Jerry communicated well and made it work so that we could see every house I threw his way. At no point did I feel pushed aside for other clients or pressured into buying a house I didn’t want. Jerry is awesome! He listened to our needs and set up a great notification system to alert us to new listings that met our criteria. This was critical to getting our offer in before anyone else. We lived on the west coast and needed to have a bulldog like Jerry on site to make things happen. Less than 3 hours after our new house hit the market, he was there doing a virtual walk through with us. Within 6 hours of it hitting the market, we were under contract! Jerry then hooked us up with quality services (inspector, roofer, bug guy, lawn care, etc.) all while we were still out of state. He handled negotiations on repairs and the final walk through.... He basically made the process easy and enjoyable! I will definitely be recommending Jerry to anyone who wants to move to the Huntsville area.
