It gives me great pleasure to give Mr. Gerald Davis of GRD Realty, Inc., a 5 Star Rating. My experience with him was exceptional, because he's exceptional at what he does. Mr. Davis was punctual, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond and in doing so, I immediately felt like he was someone that I could trust....like he had my best interests at heart. It was truly a pleasure to work with Mr. Davis. He came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. My experience with Gerald.....was one of the best transitions I have ever made in my life. I gave him a time frame.....of when I would like to move and he did his job pass expectations. I didn't have one problem with my time with him.....and my Fiance' and daughter liked him as well. I will be giving anyone in my family that is ready for a home his Link.....to help keep supporting his Business.

Gerald is quick, efficient, and very professional. He went above and beyond, to ensure that my family was successful in finding a new home. Gerald was always on top of things and kept me informed every step of the way. Within a month of contracting him, my family was able to moved in our new home. It is like I said above. Ms.. David is professional, he understands the customers needs, and he expedite the customer needs appropriately. Also. Me. Davis is very informative and about houses, land, neighborhoods and laws. Ms. Davis has great values, responsibilities, and great qualities. Even at the end of our business, Mr. Davis helped in my request.

Gerald with GRD reality was very patient and understanding. He knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything that I wasn't interested in. He really took the time to help me find the prefect home. I would highly recommend him
