Gerald P. Lambert is a partner of Cott & Lambert and was previously Senior Director in the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield. With approximately 20 years of experience to draw upon, Mr. Lambert utilizes his experience to achieve his client’s objectives in corporate office, business service, and build-to-suits. His vast expertise extends to multi-city coordination and completion of lease negotiations for new sites, relocations, renewals, expansions, contractions and subleases. Mr. Lambert’s clients have included Ford Motor, Hewlett Packard, American Express, First Data Resources, Witness Systems and Agilient Technologies.
