Gerald Magoolaghan

Gerry brings more than a decade of experience as a top-producer in residential and commercial real estate sales to his clients, but his expertise reaches far broader. His passion for creating thoughtful communities from raw land began while working in acquisitions for one of Saratoga County’s top builders, and has led him to develop Schuyler Hills, a 28-lot subdivision in Saratoga, and launch another in Lake George. The concepts of each have been driven by his intrinsic understanding of what buyers want in a home and a neighborhood, balanced with his innate sense of responsibility to protect local farm and park lands. Prior to real estate, Gerry spent 25 successful years in sales for multiple national brewery corporations and served in the United States Air Force. He lived in Saratoga Springs before making Washington County his home, which he shares with his wife. They have two grown sons.
