I have know Gerard for a long time. About 15 years or so, since high school. Now most people would say that you shouldn’t write a review when you know someone personally; what I say is that’s the best kind! I know that you are getting someone of substance, who actually cares, who is charismatic, and genuine! He is the real deal people! He is not just my friend but I consider him family! I would definitely trust him in finding me a home. He has always know where to find the best deals, how to make the most out of your dollar, and when and where the right move is for the right person. My Name is Tom , I’m related to Gerard. now I don’t usually go to family with business or buying related things but this time it felt so right, Gerard was so helpful. I rate him a 5 because, he had helped me find my soon to be home in Tennessee, he was right there to answer whenever I had a question about the lot, was able to walk me through every single detail no matter how big it was, no ask was to big for him.
