My wife and I started house hunting in beginning of 2020. After doing initial consultations with 5-6 real estate agents, we decided to work with Mr. Gerry White. His knowledge of Long Island, NY Real Estate and School Districts impressed us the most. He helped us come up with a list of houses in Half hollow hills school district to meet your budget and needs. He proactively sent us many listings and guided us through the process of analyzing comparable, disclosures and offer submissions. He never ever forced us to increase our budget or compromise on our deal-breakers. Finally our offer was accepted for the house we were looking for. Mr. Gerry in every steps to make the home buying process smoothly without wasting any time. Due to sluggish responses from the seller/attorney's/other party agent, Mr. Gerry had to keep on working on addendums for every single thing, putting lot of times and taken care of communication professionally. Mr. Gerry guided us very with friendly and professional manner through every steps until closing. All the procedures after offer acceptance were straight-forward for us and Mr. Gerry was wholly with us. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends who is planning to buy their dream house!
