If I can only give more than 5 stars, I would give a million to Ms Ghada Wadi. I have bought and sold about 5 homes, each with different realtors. Ghada is the best realtor I ever worked with. Experience and knowledge are top notch especially in this market. She is super meticulous and leaves no stone unturned. Without her, the deal would have never went through. Thank you Ghada for your hard work.

In this very tough time of lock down and social distancing (Feb. - March 2020), we had many pumps and hick-ups, however, Ms. Wadi was there every step of the way to smooth things out, skillfully navigated the sale process and brought it to close on schedule; with passion, expertise, professionalism and exemplary ethics. This is my second transaction with Ms. Wadi and I couldn't be happier.
Seeing that many properties are falling out of escrow and going back on the market, makes me greatly appreciate the skills of Ms. Wadi.

Ghada Wadi was a pleasure to work with!
It had been years since the last time we bought a home and the market has changed so much. Ghada is patient and was always available to speak and answer all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process in great detail, providing her expert advice and addressing our concerns to ensure we felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. We never felt rushed. Despite the currently very challenging homebuying climate in Southern California, she made the experience as seamless as possible, following up at every step with the different involved entities so not to leave any room for potential mishaps.
We truly appreciate the care and professionalism she provided throughout the entire experience and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Orange County area.
