Fast and easy! I actually met Gigi when I walked into John L. Scott asking for help getting comps for a tax assessment. That info turned out to be super helpful. Gigi noticed that the value of another property, a lot we had had for years, had increased in value...a lot! She offered to sell it for us, so we jumped on it. The whole sale was so efficiently and effortlessly (for us!) handled by Gigi that it was almost a non-event! And we got rid of a property that had been a thorn in our sides for years. Gigi is also a really pleasant person to chat with, which is always a bonus. Thanks Gigi!!

This was my husband’s and I’s first time ever selling a home, Gigi was an amazing realtor. She was efficient, very communicative and helpful. We had a lot of questions in the beginning and throughout the inspection process and she answered all of them, or contacted the correct people to get the answers. She was available for calls whenever to further answer questions more efficiently than emails. She held multiple open houses and walked us through the process of everything.
She provided an explanation on all the documents and sent them in a timely manner.
Gigi guided us through the quick sale and I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

Gigi is amazing, and quite exceptional. The way she walked us through the process was unbelievable. Once we got into escrow she was very diligent to making sure that inspections were in place, communicated with the seller's agent and kept us informed on a daily basis. I would highly recommend her to anybody.
