Gina Billman

Gina truly loves what she gets to do everyday...helping people! Whether buying or selling, her client's needs always come first. Born and raised in central Illinois, she earned a B.S. degree from Eastern Illinois University then made the move to sunny SW Florida.

Her and her husband have raised their family in Cape Coral FL, are business owners, and she knows the area well. She considers herself more of an advisor than a sales person. and will guide her clients through the buying and selling process so that they are able make the best decisions for their needs. Her job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions. Finding the right home for a buyer or a buyer for a seller's home is as important to her as it is to them.

She has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR®) designation based on her education and actual performance. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Association of Royal Palm Coast.
