I worked with Gina for my recent real estate transaction where she ended up playing a dual role of buyers as well as sellers real estate agent. This transaction involved risks and had a lot of moving parts with regards to the sale of another property and a complex mortgage transaction. Gina was very helpful with her knowledge and experience in dealing with such scenarios and was consistently providing tips and tricks to make progress. She also professionally balanced her role of supporting buyer and seller in the same transaction to either's satisfaction.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE REAL ESTATE AGENT. That's like calling a Rolls Royce just your average car! Gina is superb in her profession - knowledgeable, tactful, friendly, wise. Both sold and bought houses with her by my side every step of the way. Would never in a million years think of using anyone else when it comes to real estate dealings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania!! And as an added bonus, she helped me locate a fabulous New York real estate agent during our move out of New Jersey!
