As a second-generation REALTOR® with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, Gina De Legge brings more than two decades of experience, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the North County San Diego real estate market to every client she serves.

Growing up in a family where real estate, investing, and financial planning were part of everyday conversations, Gina developed an early appreciation for the importance of thoughtful decision-making and long-term value. She began working in real estate in 2004, earned her license in 2006, and has since helped buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate a wide range of real estate opportunities.

Working alongside her mother, Sue De Legge, Gina has represented luxury coastal properties, primary residences, investment properties, first-time buyers, estates, and off-market opportunities throughout North County San Diego. Together, they have achieved more than $502 million in closed sales by combining strategic marketing, strong negotiation, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
