Gina Giampietro is a fantastic real estate agent!! She makes the selling process so easy. We hired her as our agent to sell our last house and it sold in 1 day. When we decided to sell our current house we of course called her again. She sold our current house in 1 day as well and we received more than the list price. The pictures and videos of both of our houses were beautiful. We always feel like she has our best interest in mind and treats us like friends not just clients. Gina and her team are hands down the best in all of Pittsburgh! She is one of the hardest working agents in Pittsburgh and is always available to her clients. She knows the Pittsburgh market and won't BS you to get a listing like alot of other agents. We took her recommendation on the price to list our home and we ended up getting a bidding war and got $35k over our asking price! gina snd her team were great from the start. did everything they could to help sale my home. . my home was a unusual sale because it was a converted barn. snd needed updating. after the first buy dragged thier feet and played games before deciding to back out with out warning snd cause. and the listing agent had to take a leave of absence. gina personally step in and handled everything. from getting the appraisal completed to working with the buyers bank . advising me on what i needed to do.with out gina the stress would have been unbearable. in my opinion gina and her team is the only way to go. Thank you gina. you saved me in more ways then just getting me what i needed from from home sale

Our agent is Jennifer Lentz. From my first contact with her she has always been on top of our search. As she got to know what we were looking for, every time a house came on the market that met my requirements, she immediately sent me the listing. It was obvious she was diligently watching the housing market. When we found our "perfect" house, she effectively advised us about how much to offer the seller to secure a contract. There were eight other offers, but because she knew what she was doing, our offer was accepted even though the seller had higher offers. The inspection revealed a major problem with the roof so she negotiated with the seller a lower sales price. After our offer was accepted, she walked us through the entire process with great skill and knowledge. Though Jennifer was entirely professional, she also was warm, friendly, and patient. Because of Jennifer, I've felt at ease about the process every step of the way. Without hesitation, I recommend Jennifer and Re/Max as the best agent and broker possible for buying a home.
