About Gina

Gina Martin has called Wilmington home for over 30 years. She attended Peace College in Raleigh for two years and transferred to UNC Wilmington where she earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Anthropology.
Gina and her husband Chris have three grown children. She considers being a mother the privilege of a lifetime. As the children grew older, Gina began to devote more time to the family’s custom home building business. Earning her Real estate license was a natural choice which provided a great way to extend the knowledge she has of home building to her clients.
Being a part of the local community and giving generously of her time for important causes such as Nourish NC, Surfers Healing, and Plastic Ocean Project is valuable to Gina and her family. She is proud to call Wilmington home and enjoys volunteering her time.
Understanding the value of the local area’s vast amenities, Gina feels the happiest when she is on the water with her family or practicing outrigger canoeing with Wrightsville Beach Outrigger Canoe Club. She and her husband enjoy participating in races held across the country. Sunshine and the ocean are two of her favorite experiences!
