Gina Meier must be the ultimate in realtors. As the absentee executor of an estate, it was my responsibility to dispose of a home in York, Pennsylvania. After a year with another realtor and with little interaction or success, I, on the recommendation of a friend, enlisted the services of Gina Meier. I was immediately impressed with her boundless energy, her suggestions for making the property more appealing and her determination to succeed in the sale of the home. Above all, she wanted for me to be happy with her strategy and negotiations. Being distant from the property, it was difficult for me to deal with necessary improvements and repairs. Gina arranged for the required craftsmen and oversaw their work. Within several weeks and after considerable interest in the home, I had a very generous offer. After negotiations favorable to me, the sale was consummated and I was able to satisfy my obligation as an executor. Throughout, Gina made me feel as though I was special and her favorite client. I soon discovered that all of her clients were made to feel as though they, likewise, were special to her. I can't laud Gina enough as an extremely competent professional. I highly recommend her as the best realtor for anyone's needs in selling or purchasing a home or property, large or small.

She was the listing agent of a property I recently purchased. The transaction required her to do alot of extra work with the seller. After moving in, there were alot of issues with the home warranty, which is a separate entity which she and my agent had no control over. She worked with my agent, as well as the previous homeowner to get things resolved. I believe that these issues would not have been resolved if Gina didnt work with my agent. This has been going on 4 months after settlement date and I am very grateful that Gina was willing to work with my agent Jen Dinatally, who was totally awesome and had to be the go between with all these issues. I am very appreciative of all the extra work Gina did, to rectify issues that were not of her doing

Gina is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor and I cannot say enough about how GREAT she is to work with. She made the process smooth from beginning to end. She worked harder than any realtor I have ever worked with (and there have been many). She went over and above helping me get my home ready to sell from cleaning to staging and more!! She was VERY responsive (answering calls/texts from early in the morning to late in the evening). Gina is very honest, knowledgeable and a FIERCE NEGOTIATOR !! She helped me sell my home for WAY more than I ever expected and she orchestrated it to work perfectly with moving to my new home!!
