Gina Nutile

Gina has always had an adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit- pursuing careers that are “outside the box”. After graduating, she became a professional ballroom dancer and still teaches a few classes. Doing this, she found she thrived in social interactions and teaching dance- and it helped her hone her sales and customer service skills.
As her sales experience grew, she moved into Property Management. She has experience with many facets of the industry- leasing, management, and both conventional and tax credit multi-family properties.
When she left property management, she was a Regional Manager for a Missouri-based company and oversaw the operation of 6 communities in Kansas and Oklahoma.
Gina relocated to Cheney, KS 8 years ago where she spent time helping her husband with his agricultural startup, family farm operations, growing veggies, and raising sheep. A real estate career was always something she had always wanted to pursue. She has past experience in sales, customer service, and management. Educating clients and consumers on the home buying process and being their “go-to” resource is something she enjoys. She decided to join Lange Real Estate to benefit her clients because of the strong entrepreneurial spirit of the company and the many resources that are available to their agents.
Her hobbies and interests include traveling to the beach, spending time with her kids, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and, spoiling her French bulldog named Mogwai!
