About Gina
Gina Serena was born in San Diego, CA. and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She is a proud graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance and marketing. GO GATORS!!!
She's been a licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 1995 in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Her career in real estate started by selling on site new, high end, custom homes for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, in communities such as Lakewood Ranch, River Club and Tara Golf & Country Club. She holds a CSP designation, qualifying her as a Certified New Homes Specialist. From there, she entered the world of general Real Estate selling with SaraBay Real Estate for 3 years and then went on to spend over 7 years with RE/MAX Gulfstream. She proudly achieved honors as a Top Producer each year and was consistently a member of both the "Presidents Club" as well as the "100% Club". In 2006 she joined Keller Williams Realty of Manatee. She combined forces with her parents and founded "The Serena Group". For 4 years she acted as the Team Leader, guiding and advising a team of 6 full time agents, helping to establish The Serena Group as one of the most well know and productive real estate teams in the area focusing on selling bank owned properties and assisting many sellers through the "short sale" process.
In 2013, Gina decided to leave the world of "team real estate" and she went back to running her business solo! Her primary focus of business is to assist her past clientele and personal referrals. She prefers offering a more boutique style of real estate with an emphasis on providing buyers and sellers with close personal attention.
From 2019-2020, she worked with Coldwell Banker, Longboat Key. As of January 2020, she is back home with KW Suncoast Keller Williams Realty. After being in the business for over 22 years she can literally say that she services areas from "Golf to The Gulf". She services both east Manatee and Sarasota County as well as all the keys...Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton & Holmes Beach. Anywhere you want to be!
