I tied to sell my house by owner, which almost did. Fortunately the contract fell through for a myriad of reasons. I say fortunately because a trustred friend encouraged me to reach out to Gina. Gina delieved, she sold the house for 100k more than I sold it for. Gina is amazing to work with, she does what she says she' going to do!

Absolutely adore this woman! I’ve worked with Gina on two separate real estate transactions, including the sale of my home in Gurnee, and both experiences were exceptional. She is wildly consistent and thoughtful! She always has her ear to the ground, which gives her a strong command of the local market and how to move within it.
