Before transitioning into real estate, Ginamarie had a career as a registered nurse and was a devoted mother to two children. Married to a physician, she has experienced numerous relocations due to his practice opportunities, which has given her invaluable firsthand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of moving. Over time, her passion for real estate evolved into a full-fledged career as a real estate agent.
Her unique experience includes designing and building a home from the ground up, renovating historical properties, owning a second home, and managing investment properties. These experiences provide her with a distinct advantage and a broad knowledge base that benefits her clients.
Ginamarie is committed to making her clients’ real estate journeys seamless and stress-free. Outside of her professional career, she is an active volunteer and board member at TOTAL Ministries of Spartanburg and volunteers with Mobile Meals of Spartanburg. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Spartanburg Association of Realtors.
