About Ginger
A Heart for Home. A Life Built on Service. A Career That Brings It All Together.
Before Ginger Brawner ever opened a lockbox or walked through a home with clients, she was already doing the work of real estate—just without the title. For years, she was the one her friends called when they didn’t know how to make a room work. The one who could walk through a fixer-upper and see it—the possibilities, the beauty, the future. She had a designer’s eye, a project manager’s mind, and a heart that always wanted to help people feel more at home.
But it wasn’t just about making houses beautiful. It was about listening. Learning what mattered to people. Understanding their stories—and then helping those stories come to life inside the walls they chose to call home.
Ginger’s journey started with design, renovation, and contractor management. For years, she walked side by side with homeowners through remodels, additions, and new builds—helping them make smart choices, stretch their budgets, and love the process, not just the end result. She knew the emotional weight of every decision and the joy that came from watching it all come together.
It was during this time that she and her husband Edward—who had already built a decades-long career as a landman—settled in Tyler, Texas. There, they built their life surrounded by family: three of their four children and seven of their nine grandchildren also call the Tyler area home. It was this season—anchored in family and community—that shifted Ginger’s focus even more. She wasn’t just helping people design spaces anymore—she was helping them step into their next chapter. And real estate became the next chapter in her own life, too.
Getting her license wasn’t a pivot—it was a natural progression. Ginger had already walked through so many homes, coached so many decisions, and built so many relationships. Now, she could pair her knowledge of design and construction with the ability to help clients buy and sell with confidence and creativity. And she brought every lesson, every conversation, and every ounce of care into her real estate business.
Today, Ginger serves clients in both the Tyler and DFW areas—where she and Edward lived for several years before moving east. She’s not just showing homes or writing contracts. She’s asking the right questions. She’s thinking three steps ahead. She’s helping sellers highlight the details that buyers will love, and helping buyers walk into a space and know this is the one.
And perhaps best of all, she’s doing it as a team—with Edward by her side. He brings his expertise in land and title. She brings the vision, the staging, the personal connection as well as her expertise in negotiations and taking care of every detail to get her clients to closing. Together, they offer something rare: two professionals, one mission, and a shared commitment to making the process seamless—and meaningful—for every client.
Because for Ginger, this was never about houses. It was always about home.
