My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Ginger! As first time home buyers, we understandably had a good amount of questions and wanted to understand the intricacies of buying a home. She took the time to explain each component of the house buying process from our first initial meeting all the way to us getting the keys to our new home. She is incredibly responsive and acts quickly in time sensitive situations which we really appreciated. We really felt like she went the extra mile for us in a lot of ways and are so thankful that our paths crossed!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! We happened to be selling our house by owner. She was the buyers agent, but that didn’t stop her from helping us where needed and with being our first time selling our home by owner, we need a lot of help! She never once declined to assist us at the same time never compromising her agreement with her actual clients. She was very KNOWLEDGEABLE, ATTENTIVE, QUICK TO RESPOND, and PROFESSIONAL. From the moment we met her, explained our recent relocation and housing needs, she immediately began working "for us", looking out for our best interests, checking-in on our well-being/needs, and answering texts/emails/calls throughout the process. Ginger was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. My parents, who have moved a lot and worked with multiple realtors as a result, met her on several occasions and stated that she was the best realtor with whom they’d worked.

Ginger made me feel like I was her priority: she accommodated my schedule, gave me sound advice/insight as we were touring homes, never pushed me to look outside of my price range, and was overall a positive, optimistic, and fun person to be around. Even after my home purchase was complete, she has continued to make herself available for any additional questions I have. I feel very lucky to have been paired with Ginger through Zillow, and she will be my go-to realtor in Ohio the next time I purchase or sell a home.

We couldn’t of been luckier than to find Ginger as our real estate agent. We got hooked up with her randomly when we requested to view a house through an certain app and it was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. We had just begun to casually look for a larger home for our family and with Gingers encouragement (never any pressure!!) we started to get serious with our search. Throughout the entire process Ginger was always quick to respond to any one of the 1,000’s of questions we had and went out of her way to educate us on do’s and don’t’s of purchasing a house. We leaned of her heavily for guidance and never once did she let us down. She continued to go above and beyond each and every single step along the way. Ginger is an absolute gem. My brother had worked with her the year prior as a realtor and without hesitation he suggested I should as well. Ginger was helpful and quick to respond with any questions my fiancé and I had. We were first time homebuyers and with the crazy “Covid market” we were even more nervous than the average young couple entering the housing market. Ginger made it fun viewing homes and we ended up falling in love with the 4th home we visited. She then offered advice that helped us land our dear home. To sum Ginger up in one word, AMAZING!!! She helped me sell my house (first time seller) and buy a new house simultaneously. Doing one of these is stressful enough. Let alone doing both at the same time! She helped answer any questions I had, talked me off the ledge while I was panicking (and oh was I panicking) and actually found a way to make the whole process enjoyable. But that is who Ginger is! Very quick to respond via phone, text or email, often getting me bookings to view a home that same day which is vital in the current market.
