For the past 15 years, Ginger has been actively involved in several environmental and green-living organizations such as Sustainable Sarasota, the Green Building Coalition, and the Manatee-Sarasota Sierra Club.

In addition to her real estate designations, for the first 30 years of her professional life, Ginger worked as an interior designer. Her background with color, decoration and renovation is a gift Ginger shares with her buyers and sellers to perfect the potential in each house. Even though the average age of Sarasota residents is getting younger every year, her area continues to be a desired retirement location for many seniors. Ginger has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist degree to better address the changing needs and desires of the "Boomers" and beyond. Living on Florida's Gulf Coast is a privilege so giving back is the very least Ginger can do to show her appreciation. By taking part in Coldwell Banker's Residential Real Estate CARES program, Ginger can help support a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, CARES has sponsored the building of dozens of Habitats for Humanity homes statewide, with several more in progress. This initiative allows Coldwell Banker to help qualified homeowners achieve the Great American Dream in partnership with this worthwhile organization.
