Originally met Giorgio professionally doing a home inspection for a mutual client. I saw how well he conducted business with their transaction and decided to hire him for my wife and I on our first home purchase. We were not let down in the least. Very responsive and accommodating, walked us through every step we were not clear on, let us make our own decisions with no pressure to buy and gave us the prodding we needed when necessary. I would highly recommend his services to others.

Honestly, my husband and I couldn’t have found a better agent!! We’d been looking for a home for 4 months and during the process Giorgio had been very informative and was ALWAYS looking out for our best interest. It took time and patience but he really helped us out and now we finally closed on our 1st house!

I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. And we will definitely be keeping him in mind if/when we get our next house.

I want to make sure that Giorgio Danso gets the recognition he deserves as the best realtor I have ever dealt with in the last 23 years of being on Active Duty. Even the best customer service in any field my family and I have ever received. Being stationed in the Middle East during a global pandemic is stressful enough and not knowing if you can come back to home and look for suitable housing is even more stressful but Giorgio not only took away that stress, he absorbed it himself and ran with it!
From the moment we contacted him, second house we have purchased with him, until closing and then still supporting my family has been nothing short of an amazing person, realtor, and honest person. Giorgio provided some sound advice and guidance on questions we had or worries we came up with. Did not matter we are 7 hours ahead, he responded within reasonable time and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to buy a house sight unseen! Why? Because Giorgio was there every moment as if we where next to him!! After 23 years of service and finally retiring, Giorgio was able to look and help us acquire our retirement home!!! I want to thank my Real Estate agent Giorgio Danso for finding me my condo with the must-haves that were on my list. Once we started looking for homes, I noticed Giorgio had the tenacity in solving problems (and boy were there plenty of them). LoL. Although my Lender said the odds of a bank financing a loan for a condo were slim to none due to condo’s having high delinquency percentages, I was persistent and so was my agent. I even compromised and looked at other house types and Giorgio still persevered.

Giorgio displayed leadership in getting results with every adversity that was thrown our way and he did it with such remarkable decorum, calmness, and respect across the board. So, I fed off of his calm energy.

Being a first-time homebuyer, I asked hundreds of questions but no matter what, Giorgio was always focused, calm, and confident and explained things in a way until I was able to understand it. For example, he educated me on the dynamics of putting in an offer and once I understood that I started being more aggressive in my bid to win. When there were no replies; or there were delays from others in the process, Giorgio explained the process to me and continuously reached out to these people until he found solutions (versus complaining). Even if he had to do it himself, which, most of the times he did.

I noticed Giorgio would put my emotional well-being first and I could tell that his concern for me was genuine. Afterall, this was a major expense for me. So, whenever a crisis appeared, I would try to tell a joke or say something to make him smile. I wanted to convey to Giorgio that I was okay in order to put his mind at ease because I knew he was fighting hard for me. I mirrored Giorgio's energy most of the time to try to stay as calm as possible because I felt as though I was in good hands regardless of the setbacks, and for that, I am forever grateful.

I also want to thank him for his team who handled the settlement process. They made the transaction seamless and Giorgio took care of everything. All I had to do was show up.

It took me 4 years of paying off debt and saving to get here and now I have a sense of serenity as I light my fireplace on cool nights, enjoy the peacefulness, or watch the sky and the clouds through the floor to ceiling palladium windows. I am now looking forward to entertaining my family and friends one day… and it feels good.

Life is good! My new home has come into fruition and I am thankful for an experienced agent like Giorgio. I am forever grateful.

One last thing. This guy exudes integrity and respect, and in today’s world, that's a rare commodity. I wish him great success!

Giorgio was wonderful to work with. This was my first home buying experience and he took the time to explain all of manner of things, from stuff to look out for in properties he was showing me, to the details of the mortgage documents. He was patient, knowledgeable, very accommodating about setting up property showing and went the extra mile to look into if asking prices were reasonable for a given property.

Overall, I would fully recommend Giorgio as an agent. I had an excellent experience with him and would not hesitate to call him again in the future.
