I searched a few sites for realtors and did an interview with 4 before making the choice. Giovanni was the only one who stopped and listened to our needs. He listened to our wants. His communication skills were phenomenal. He checked in on us as we were getting the home ready to sell and made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. The experience we had with Giovanni as our realtor was exceptional, honestly. I am really happy we chose him, and he was able to help us move through the process of selling so easily.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Giovanni Arenella . We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Giovanni , but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Giovanni walked us through every step of the negotiations,. I would recommend Gio to anybody. He will tell you the facts both good and bad, and knows what to look for. He is a great listener, and will work for what you want and need. While searching for our house, Gio was available at all hours of the day and night, and replied promptly to any requests we made. It was a true blessing having Giovanni as our Realtor for the sale of my father's home. He met my siblings and I at the home to be sold the day after I called him, and was very informed and knowledgeable of the area. My Husband and I were looking to rent. Mr Arenella provide us with enlightening information, which led us to purchase our own home. He went above and beyond, providing us with contacts and other sources to look into, before we made a decision to continue to rent, or to move forward and buy. We were nervous .Mr Arenella was very patient with us, there was no rush. He didn't pressure/push us. He just provided knowledge, and allowed us time to take it all in. Once we decided to buy, Mr Arenella asked me very valid questions to assist in how and where to start our search. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable he was on inspecting a house. My Husband and I wanted to go out on the rainiest days and Mr Arenella was right there with his umbrella. His guidance, knowledge and compassion led us to our beautiful home. Mr Arenella was with us through the whole process. Again, going above and beyond, he crunched numbers with my Husband and I. So that we would have an idea of what the mortgage would look like. We had loan officers in place, but from Realty to Financing to Inspecting to the Town's rules and the legal stuff, Mr Arenella was able to answer most of our questions, and provide insight on what to expect. Selling a property is sometimes a complicated process if you don't have the proper team in place. Gio is someone you need on your team. He was a great help during the process of selling a commercial building as he was able to coordinate with the buying party to arrange showings as well as various inspections with incoming management and the tenants. Additionally, he was able to help negotiate to get us the best offer on the property. Couldn't have asked for a better partner during the process.
