My wife and I were looking for our first home together and Gitika was top notch as always! She helped narrow down our search and found a beautiful home for us. During our closing, she was able to effectively negotiate with the builder to throw in a few things and during our walkthrough, she noticed many small issues (which could lead to bigger issues in the future) which she pointed out and really looked out for us. She is always on top of her game and is extremely reliable. We know we're in good hands with her. Without a doubt, I give her my highest recommendation!

Gitika was very helpful in finding me a tenant at the last minute. My previous tenant moved out in December 2018 and she found me a new tenant in January 2019 in about 5-6 weeks. Before deciding on our real estate agent, we had interviewed numerous agents from all over Atlanta including the likes of Keller Williams and ReMax teams.
Some of the things that stand out about Gitika:
1. Terrific Guidance - She is terrific in providing guidance e.g. resale value, great school districts are some of the things that she kept reminding us about thought-out the process. Thus, keeping us in check if we ever went astray.
2. Best interest at heart - She never pushed us to put an offer unless she knew it was a great fit for us.
3. Always available - Gitika was always available to discuss anything and everything throughout the process over phone. If she would be busy, she'd always return our calls promptly.
4. Looking out for us - Working with Gitika felt like having a family member watching us over throughout the process. We felt comfortable and not once thought that we could go wrong with as our agent.
5. Unbiased & balanced opinions - She always expressed her unbiased opinions without overstating or understating anything.
e.g. On one instance we were ready to make an offer on a house above the asking price because we liked it so much. Gitika instantly jumped in and told us her opinion and presented us with facts that made us re-think. Our offer would make the house the most expensive in the sub-division and would pose challenges during resale.
This was a great piece of advice and we owe her for it.
6. Fun - it was so much fun working with Gitika. Each showing, phone conversation was filled with laughter and fun. It helped us get through the tedious and overwheling process of buying a house.
We had so much fun and laughter on the closing table that the attorneys were pretty much ready to throw us out of their office.

I stumbled upon Gitika’s realtor profile on one of the social media sites after relocating to Atlanta about a year ago. Decided to meet her to get a pulse of how she could assist us in our second time home purchase pursuit. Gitika, from Keller Williams was very professional and helped us a lot in getting our dream home. Being a first time home buyer she helped us a lot in understanding the process and the timelines. I have been working with Gitika Bhatia to find the perfect home for our family over the past few months and she has been fabulous!! Gitika is the most responsive and attentive agent a home buyer could ask for. She went above and beyond to find us listings that met and exceeded our family’s needs (within our budget), and was constantly available to field questions, pull disclosures, negotiated with the Sellers' agents and show us homes.
