My girlfriend and I contacted Ernst from Gitta Sales Keller Williams Heritage Realty to sell our investment property up in Wildwood in the Villages. We switched to Ernst after another realtor we hired was doing a terrible job communicating with us. Ernst was extremely professional and very prompt communicating with us every time our property was being shown and kept us well informed when survey's and inspections were scheduled. Ernst ended up finding a buyer that agreed to a contract for our asking price after listing the house just over a month.
