I cannot say enough good things about Joe. He recently helped my fiancé, Brianna, and I buy our first home.

Joe is an example of what every realtor should be. He puts you first. Any question you have, Joe either knows or will get the answer for you. He is honest, and throughout this buying process, I am happy to say that I truly trust him. He is very responsive, and is always quick to answer his phone or will call you back in a very timely manner. Joe also looked out for us, and made sure that we were not taken advantage of, did not overpay, and also had very good suggestions and advice for us.

Not only did Joe help us buy our home, but was also a great resource on any home improvement questions that we had. He has a wealth of knowledge and an extensive network.

Joe will be our realtor for any other real estate endeavors we take, and he will also now take care of our family as well. I would recommend him to all of our friends and colleagues

Joe was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL from start to finish! From the moment we started working with him, he was always working tirelessly to find us a home. Whenever something new came out on the market, Joe would email/call us asap to set up an appointment to see that house right away. If we put in an offer, he would follow up with seller’s realtor to see what was going on and give us guidance on what to do next if we wanted to pursue the house. The biggest thing that stood out to my husband and I is that he was always honest and wasn’t trying to sell us a garbage home. He would tell us what the house was worth and if he thought it was worth putting an offer in at all. As first time homebuyers and not having an endless amount of money to put into improvements, we respected and appreciated his honesty so we weren’t stuck with a money pit. All in all, he fought for us like no other realtor had and had the knowledge to get us into a home within a couple months after being let down for two years constantly with bidding and losing homes. If you are looking for a realtor who knows the market and works truly for you, he’s your guy! We would recommend him to any of our friends and family!

Patient, honest, kind, Patient, trustworthy, respectful, and did I mention Patient? These are just a few words to describe Joe as a realtor and more importantly as a person. I met Joe randomly at an open house when I started my home search, and we clicked right away. Once he heard what I was looking for we began a long search in a very bizarre marketplace. Over the next 5 months or so he patiently took me on tour after tour of houses and never once pushed me on something that I didn’t feel was right for me, even if he knew there was nothing wrong with the house. He treated me with respect and kindness and felt as bad as I did as we got outbid on several occasions. There were a few times I wanted to throw in the towel, but Joe’s determination and positive outlook kept me in the game and I’m so glad I did. I’ll be closing on a house this week that I truly love and am so happy. Once our offer was accepted, he made sure everything that needed to get done and get us to closing was done, quickly, efficiently and with as minimal fuss to me as the buyer as possible. Joe also comes with an amazing contact list, need a Lawyer, no problem, a great home inspector, you got it, a roofer you say, well here you go. Every single person he referred me to was top notch and so incredibly nice and easy to work with. Everything that Joe did for me from the search to the closing has always been in my best interest. I can honestly say that he cared about me, my needs and made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of in any way. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is the best of the best!!

We had the privilege of working with Giuseppie DiMaggio . He was the absolute best ! He was friendly , courteous , professional , honest and hard working. Yes , of course realtors make money by closing deals and hustling ; that’s a given. However , not once did we feel pressured or rushed by Joe.

We were house hunting in a hot market and we were being very specific on our needs . Joe never gave up , and he helped us weigh out the pros and cons of potential homes ; even when it meant that he would lose a sale. He never got flustered , even when we did. He made us feel as secure as possible during the process and he showed so much care for as people rather than just clients that we consider him part of our family now.

Joe went above and beyond on every aspect of our home purchase. He always had our best interest in mind and was just simply the best - yes , corny song reference!
