Dave maxwell helped us find our dream property! Just a 7 acre plot with a little bit of river frontage, but our family of 5 will enjoy it for generations to come. Even though this wasn't a big dollar listing, Dave gave us his full attention and went the extra mile to get the deal closed. He personally showed up to do signing and really went to bat for us getting the best deal possible on the property. His knowledge of the inner workings of contracts, sellers realtor and just overall understanding of how things worked gave us confidence that we chose the right realtor who had our best interest in mind. We now have a great spot to enjoy and begin making memories. Thanks so much once again Dave and the gem team for all you did for us. We really couldn't have realized this dream without you.
