Satisfied customers are the focus of his efforts – he learned to see the needs of each customer and to provide solutions that would meet those needs.

Glade is an expert negotiator, receiving specialized training and certification as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He sought this certification to provide the highest level of negotiation skills for his clients.

Glade is also a member of the renown Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has been trained in effectively marketing luxury homes

He currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and has also served on the Government Affairs and Education Committees. Glade is a real estate Continuing Education instructor and has developed and taught classes to other Realtors.
