In previous careers, Glen was a United States Senate staffer assisting in the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other disability-rights legislation. Glen was also a lobbyist for the States’ attorney-advocates who work on behalf of people with disabilities. A proud son of Deaf parents, he is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). He has been a guest speaker on real estate topics at Gallaudet University as well as recruited business leaders/CEO's to the campus to speak about their companies.

Glen is a true believer in community. He served two terms on the Board of Trustees for Aidan Montessori School in Woodley Park and two terms on the Board of Directors for Imagination Stage. He coached two Tee-Ball teams in the Northwest Little League, spent five years as a Cub Scout den leader and was active with the Boy Scouts Troop 233, where his son earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

Glen was recommended to us by an old family friend who happens to be first cousins once removed with his wife. My Fiance and I were looking for our first house together and had wanted a realtor that didn't mind spending the time to explain the process and would be patient with our inexperience.
