Glenn Imboden

Glenn joined CBCSCP in 2015 when the company merged with Harley & Associates, where he worked with longtime associate, Don Harley, since November 2012. Glenn’s technical background and analytical skills to date have proven to be an excellent match with the commercial real estate industry. Since joining CBCSCP, he has successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history. His specialties also include retail and office, with expertise in both leasing and sales. He was elevated to Vice President in 2023 and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Bronze Level for 2021 and 2022 and the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winner for Q1 2023.

Glenn attended NC State and upon graduation, he spent the next 20 years in the lady’s hosiery industry, initially in the research and development field where he served as the director of R&D for multiple companies, and later transitioning into a sales executive calling on national accounts. In 2005, he founded his own sales and management consulting firm and for the next seven years he was contracted exclusively to manage and direct a regional facilities maintenance company based in Hickory, NC.
