About Glenn

I was born and raised in Springfield many years ago -almost too many years to comfortably count. Except for my four college years in Arkansas in the early '70's, the Springfield area has always been my home.

My parents started a real estate firm in 1945 and in 1977 I became licensed and started working with them and my brother-in-law, Sammy Pierce at Olney Realty. Through the years I have started other business ventures, including the transportation of antique and classic vehicles for 20 years throughout 48 states. Also, in 2003 my wife Leanna and I started a used car business in Springfield.

During those years, I have always come back to the real estate business which must mean that real estate is my first love. I think that it is because I grew up seeing my parents work with buyers and sellers in their home office and I learned what it means to treat buyers and sellers with care and respect - and most of all - integrity and honesty.

I look forward to working with anyone who has any real estate needs either big or small. I am proud to be working with a company like Barrett & Valley, which is comprised of people who share my thoughts on treating people as we would want to be treated.
