Throughout his career, Glenn has been involved in a wide range of financial and commercial transactions, specializing in real estate finance, investment analysis, and Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) assessments. His expertise spans various industries, including commercial, multi-family, land, and financial services. In April 2006, Glenn achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation recognizes him as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. As an active member of the CCIM Institute, Glenn is part of an elite group of professionals worldwide, with over 13,000 CCIM-designated individuals across North America and over 30 countries. Beyond his CCIM designation, Glenn also holds an active real estate broker’s license in California and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He operates from his office located in downtown Lancaster. However, he serves multiple counties throughout Southern California.

Prior to his career in real estate, Glenn spent 22 years in the aerospace industry, where he made significant contributions as a Flight Test Instrumentation Technician on the F-16 project for the Department of Defense. He further advanced his career as a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer on the B2 Stealth Bomber project at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Southern California. This extensive experience in the aerospace industry honed Glenn’s attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
