I highly recommend Mrs. Barrera whether you are buying or selling. She's extremely knowledgeable of the market in which she services, very professional, patient, she a hands on agent, treats you like family. We felt extremely comfortable with her, very trustworthy and honest. We could not have asked for a better RE Broker, if they had a rating system I would rate her a 10 or five stars.

I engaged Gloria Barrera with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services River Towns Real Estate to sell my mom’s home in Peekskill. I was very impressed with Gloria’s knowledge of the Peekskill area and the Comparative Market Analysis that she provided me was extremely thorough and useful for helping set the listing price. With the exception of the initial meeting with Gloria, I managed the entire process from out of state. Gloria did an excellent job communicating any issues to me in a timely manner and made herself available to me for any questions that I had during the process. On two separate occasions, Gloria exceeded my expectations when she went out of her way to delivery documents to my mother for signature. Overall the entire selling process was extremely smooth and efficient.

I would highly recommend Gloria Barrera to anyone considering hiring her as their real estate agent.
