Gloria Gelet

Gloria is a long-time resident of San Diego after moving here to attend San Diego State University obtaining an English and Journalism Degree. Born in Barcelona, Spain with Spanish as her first language gave her the opportunity as a child to travel frequently to Europe to visit extended family. This also lead to the chance to work for TWA Airlines as an International Flight Attendant again giving her exposure and contact with people of many nations and having the experience of living in Manhattan.

Taking great pride in her past endeavors in Advertising has been a wonderful feat to blend into her Real Estate Career! She assures clients that every piece of advertising will be supervised by her ensuring that the feelings they have about their home get conveyed correctly and in the right light!

Gloria and Ron have represented buyers and sellers in every price range including the highest sold condo per square foot price in La Jolla in 2016. With buyers, she realizes that purchasing a home is an emotional adventure and understanding and listens to what clients are saying which is the number one goal!

She is fortunate to have built her business by referrals from client's who many times have become friends and every time have been greatly satisfied with their real estate experience living in San Diego for many years she has seen constant evolving of neighborhoods. This has enabled them to be familiar with zip codes throughout the city understanding where the trends are and what zip codes are ready to explode, with knowledge from Oceanside and Fall brook to Mount Helix and everywhere in between. Knowing the city is a great gift offered to her clients. Finding that many home sellers need a 'bit' of vision and assistance getting the home ready for sale opened up the door to enroll in an extensive course at the Staging Institute of American obtaining her completion certification! She has 'staged' homes from $500,000 to multi millions just by changing furniture and adding few touches. This assures amazing photography! She was lucky to be approached over 12 years ago by the relocation company that represents Genentech/Roche and she and Ron Gelet were chosen to be one of the teams responsible for relocating their top executives, senior scientist and engineers. Touring has become second nature and it is with great pleasure we have helped most of their transferees.
