I simply cannot say enough great things about Realtor Gohar Grigoryan. I am a landlord in New Jersey and suddenly found myself in a very precarious and time sensitive situation and needed professional help immediately. From day one, Gohar has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and truly went above and beyond the standard broker services to help me secure new tenants.

On a personal level, Gohar was extremely kind and always willing to lend an ear when I felt overwhelmed or distressed by the situation. Gohar Grigoryan is an amazing realtor, always responsive and professional. She first helped us rent our house and later helped us sell it. She does everything in her power to make the process easy and less stressful and time-consuming for her clients (which was important for us because we were no longer in the area and were only able to take care of things remotely). She holds her clients' hands every bit of the way, is always reassuring, communicates any new developments immediately and, mostly importantly, gives expert advise on everything from how best to present and market your home, to what's important cosmetically and what is not, to pricing and dealing with multiple potential buyers, to recommendations as to which contingencies may be acceptable in your sale contract and which not. She helped us properly present and price our property so that we achieved the price we wanted. In addition, she always has good recommendations for third party professionals and service-providers you may need. Gohar Grigoryan goes well beyond what is required of a realtor and she's always there for you. You can't do better for a realtor than Gohar Grigoryan.

A relative referred me to Gohar to help buy a two-family home in Jersey City. Gohar is amazing at what she does. She was able to help me find a property that I loved after only two days of viewings. Additionally, she held my hand every step of the way thereafter through to closing. If that wasn't enough, she's now helping me find tenants for the second unit of my duplex. She's been a vital consultant and adviser, and I'll be a lifelong customer.
