Gordon was very responsive. Arranged walkthroughs of the various options. Was quick to process offers and counters. Communicate with us at all times of the day as information or updates became available. Coordinated much of the inspection and title company arrangements for us as well. He also worked with the lender and selling agent to obtain updates as well. He represented our interests very well for our remote purchase.

Gordon was very open with all the procedures in selling my parents' farm. It was a very difficult and long process for my parents . They have lived on the farm for 65 years. My father and mother put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into farming the land. Gordon was very patient with them and explained the process over and over again as they were overwhelmed at times with all the information. He was great at answering their questions and willing to drive to Northport to help them with issues on more than one occasion. I would highly recommend Gordon for anyone selling large land parcels. He is a man of integrity and respect.
