As our listing agent, Grace stayed in constant communication with us. When we first listed with her, she gave us her opinions but she was very open and listened to ours as well. In the end, we listed our home at what we had in mind and sold it not too far off of our asking price. Grace advertised in every applicable websites, publications as well as on her own facebook page. Our home is in a unique location so it wasn't easy to recruit buyers to look at our home. Grace also was always on the look out for our next home, sending us updates on new listings regularly. She took us all over to see homes and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. If you want attention to detail, GREAT communication, and to get your home sold, we highly recommend Grace Golden!

Grace is such a pleasure to have for a buyer’s agent. She quickly found answers to all of our questions, walked acreages with us to find pins, listened to what we were looking for, and helped negotiate a favorable offer. Since we were in state for only a few days, Grace repeatedly went out of her way after hours and weekends for us. We wanted to look at homes outside of Pagosa and she was willing and available. She was attentive, kind and patient. My husband, a former realtor, and I were highly impressed and recommend Grace Golden to both buyers and sellers as she is honest and will work hard for you.

Compassion, Wisdom and Dedication. If I had to choose 3 words to describe Grace Golden, those would be them and here's why: Compassion, Grace took getting my family into a house very personally. She reached out to us when we didn't believe we could ever be home owners. I actually told her I thought she was wasting her time in the first meeting. I felt as if my family getting a house was just as important to her as it was to us. Wisdom, Grace knows the process inside and out. She navigated us thru the hurdles with ease. She had resources for every situation. Dedication, Grace would not give up on us, wouldn't let us give up and in the end during a Pandemic, she made sure that the final repairs and closing happened. I believe Grace has gone well above and beyond any expectations that my family ever would have imagined. I landed in Pagosa with very limited resources and not much hope for my future. Today, I'm a home owner and I owe it all to Grace.

I highly recommend Grace as a realtor. She knew I needed to get into a new home before the one I was living in sold. She showed me property after property trying to find the right fit for my family. I was kinda picky because I wanted it to be perfect and affordable for me and my boys. She never gave up and showed me houses every Saturday for about 6 weeks. Once we put an offer in on a home she was extremely knowledgeable with the process and would call me or text me to make sure I always knew what my next step was and what I needed to take care of. She was very protective of me and always made sure that my best interests were taken of. I wouldn't be in a new home if it wasn't for her pure determination to find one. I was ready to give up sometimes, but she was always right there to encourage me to not give up, the right home would come along. She was right and we just moved into the perfect home for us this weekend. Thank you Grace for all that you did!!! So grateful for you!!

The first time I met Grace was when I scheduled a showing at a horse property she recently listed. I'm a real estate agent and brought a buyer to see the farm. She was a spit fire wearing a dress and boots. I recall walking into the barn and one of the horses had a leg wrap that had come undone. She crawled into the stall and re-wrapped the leg. She made me grin. Since that day, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Grace on numerous transactions. She has grit and integrity. She works incredibly hard for her clients. I highly recommend her!
