Grace Langs

Grace Langs has had family ties in the Florida Keys for over 50 years. With her grandfather, Jim Gilmore, having been an owner of the Green Turtle Inn and World Wide Sportsman, she has developed a natural ability for business and real estate in the Keys. With the Keys being her second home her entire life, she has great local knowledge. Grace grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but made the Keys her permanent home five years ago and has been an active member of the community ever since. Grace attended Hope College before moving to the Keys to help run and manage the Islamorada Dive Center with her fiancé, Eric Billips, the owner. Her love of real estate comes from her father, John Langs, who was a broker and developer for over 30 years. Grace’s keen eye for design, local knowledge and dedication to her community make her an honest, loyal and hard working agent
