Grace Loveless

Grace joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty after years of working in the corporate automotive world for BMW of North America. Grace traveled all over the Southeast, and the world, on behalf of BMW, working with the company’s dealer network to ensure that BMW’s luxury clients were treated the same no matter where on the planet they made their purchases. She brings that luxury clientele expertise to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty; luxury is an experience, not a price point. Grace sold more than $9 million in her first year in full time real estate sales and was named Rookie of the Year for the company. She was a President's Circle Member in 2019. Grace was featured on HGTV House Hunters in Greenville in June 2020.

Grace grew up in Greenville. She attended Blythe Elementary, Hughes and League Middle, Greenville High, and Furman University. She and her husband moved away for a few years to Charlottesville, Virginia, and then Atlanta, but they came back to Greenville after having their daughter in 2017. Grace is happy to be back in Greenville after the hustle and bustle of Atlanta – Greenville has all the big city amenities you need but the small-town pace that is appealing when you have a new family. Not to mention, Grace and her husband both hail from the area; so, they’ve got grandparents galore to spend time with their children. They welcomed a baby boy in March 2020.

Grace was a member of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Circle in 2020 for doing more than $5 million in total volume. In addition, she was Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s leader in outgoing referrals in 2020.
