Grant was born in Nashville, TN. He followed his family's transportation business to Memphis until finally settling back down in Franklin in 2001, where he and his wife now call home. He attended the University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he quickly jumped into the world of transportation, working for his family's business. Traveling the state from end to end, working with the company's employees and customers allowed Grant's love for his home state to only grow. Throughout his time in transportation, Grant was able to learn the importance of hard work, when to listen and the importance of being responsive and transparent.
When purchasing their first home, Grant and Rachel looked for these skills in their agent, which they found.
